המחויבות שלנו
אנו רואים בנגישות ערך חשוב, ומאמינים שכל אדם זכאי לגלוש ולהשתמש באתר בכבוד, בעצמאות ובנוחות. השקענו מאמץ כדי שאתר גן־בית יהיה נגיש לכמה שיותר אנשים, לרבות אנשים עם מוגבלות, ואנו ממשיכים לשפר אותו באופן שוטף.
רמת הנגישות והתקן
האתר נבנה בהשתדלות לעמוד בהוראות תקנות שוויון זכויות לאנשים עם מוגבלות (התאמות נגישות לשירות), התשע״ג־2013, ובהתאם לתקן הישראלי ת״י 5568 ברמת נגישות AA, המבוסס על הנחיות WCAG 2.0 ברמה AA.
מה הונגש באתר
- ניווט מלא באמצעות מקלדת, עם סימון ברור של הפריט שבמיקוד.
- קישור "דלג לתוכן הראשי" בראש כל עמוד.
- ניגודיות צבעים תקינה בין הטקסט לרקע, במצב בהיר ובמצב כהה.
- טקסט חלופי לתמונות, ומבנה כותרות הגיוני וסדור.
- תאימות לקוראי מסך, וסימון שפת התוכן (עברית ואנגלית).
- תמיכה בהגדלת טקסט ובשינוי גודל התצוגה ללא אובדן תוכן.
- אפשרות מעבר בין מצב תצוגה בהיר לכהה.
מגבלות ידועות
אנו עושים כל מאמץ להנגיש את כלל חלקי האתר. עם זאת, ייתכן שחלקים מסוימים טרם הונגשו במלואם, או שייווצרו ליקויים נקודתיים. אם נתקלתם ברכיב שאינו נגיש, נשמח מאוד שתעדכנו אותנו, ונפעל לתקנו בהקדם.

Our commitment
We consider accessibility an important value, and we believe everyone is entitled to browse and use the site with dignity, independence, and ease. We have invested effort to make the GanBayit (גן־בית) site accessible to as many people as possible, including people with disabilities, and we continue to improve it on an ongoing basis.
Conformance level and standard
The site was built to strive to meet the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773-2013, and the Israeli Standard IS 5568 at conformance level AA, which is based on the WCAG 2.0 Level AA guidelines.
What was made accessible
- Full keyboard navigation, with a clear indication of the focused element.
- A "skip to main content" link at the top of every page.
- Sufficient color contrast between text and background, in both light and dark modes.
- Alternative text for images, and a logical, ordered heading structure.
- Screen reader compatibility, and marking of the content language (Hebrew and English).
- Support for text enlargement and zoom without loss of content.
- A toggle between light and dark display modes.
Known limitations
We make every effort to make all parts of the site accessible. Even so, some parts may not yet be fully accessible, or isolated issues may arise. If you encounter a component that is not accessible, we would be grateful if you let us know, and we will work to fix it promptly.
